gtk2fontsel
Font selection tool similar to xfontsel implemented using GTK+ 2. Trivial, but useful nonetheless.
I really liked gtkfontsel, by Damon Chaplin, but it doesn't appear to be actively maintained and I didn't feel like waiting any longer for the GTK2 port.
Still missing a few important features, like filtering.
